Why PRO-LIANCE
For me, PRO-LIANCE was the logical next step based on my previous work experience. And, to some extent, it was also a search for a new challenge that goes beyond my work as a consultant. With a strong and reliable team, I want to provide our clients with real value in regulatory and clinical consulting.

Challenge
I enjoy immersing myself in complex situations and solving them without prior knowledge. Furthermore, I am constantly driven by the question of how regulatory requirements can be translated into practical solutions and how I can share my experience with our team.

My Strengths
I am always willing to take on responsibility and make results-oriented decisions after conducting a thorough analysis. I view setbacks as challenges and strive to turn them into new approaches to solving problems. I always enjoy developing effective solutions—whether within our team, for clients, or even in my personal life. I’m also a numbers person and enjoy looking further into the future.

What Drives Me
In 1957, Sputnik entered orbit. When asked how the Russians were able to overtake the Americans, who had initially been in the lead, von Braun, then head of the U.S. space agency, replied: “In the conquest of space, we had two problems to overcome: gravity and red tape. We could have handled gravity…”
Okay, something like that doesn’t have to happen again. That’s why I want to simply take the paperwork off our customers’ hands… and if there are any problems with gravity after all, we’ll be happy to help with that, too.

Who I am
I used to be a chemist. My interest in mixing ingredients has stayed with me to this day, and I still enjoy experimenting, even though the kitchen has now replaced the laboratory. And in between, my children and dog help me clear my head from work.
