Why PRO-LIANCE
During my PhD thesis I got fascinated from research regarding health and disease. This experience was supplemented by my activities in the industrial environment. I particularly enjoy working together in interdisciplinary multi-interface teams. That’s exactly what I find at PRO-LIANCE. An agile, motivated and versatile team with a sense for customers and their innovative medical products.
Challenge
The efficient and rapid development of innovative technologies in the healthcare sector represents a major challenge. Especially in the field of medical devices and in-vitro diagnostics, the increased regulatory requirements and their interpretation demand a lot from the manufacturers. One challenge for me, for example, is to design clinical evaluations in such a way that they meet the regulatory requirements, meet customer requirements and are adapted to customer-specific project planning.
My strengths
My many years of work experience in academic research and teaching and my industrial experience enable me to grasp complex issues quickly. This helps me to keep an overview in the fast-moving day-to-day business, to remain flexible and to develop very good solutions in a closely collaborating team.
my motivation
Professional challenges and complex questions regarding the healthcare sector motivate me to tackle them. Accompanying high-performance medical products of the highest quality during their development and market launch and at the same time supporting customers with regulatory issues motivate and challenge me every day.
Who I am
I live with my family in northern Germany. In our free time we like to meet with friends and plan trips in the nature. In addition, I also search for a sporting challenge in running or triathlon from time to time.
